Complaints Procedure: We try to offer you the best service we can at all times. There may be occasions when you feel this has not happened. If you have a concern or wish to make a complaint please do this in writing and address it to the Practice Manager. We will try to address your concerns with a full explanation in a timely manner.

PALS: Patient Advice and Liaison Services

The Patient Advice and Liaison Services are a measure being introduced by the government as part of the NHS plan to improve the experience of patients and their carers.

Their functions are:

• To provide a source of information about NHS Services
• To address patients ‘and their families’ concerns
• To resolve day-to day- issues on the spot

PALS workers in GP practices will be managing patient queries or dissatisfactions with services in a more organised way and will have access to the PALS network for information and support.
