HOW TO REGISTER FOR SYSTMONLINE

To use SystmOnline, you will need to come into the practice so that you can be given a user name and password. You cannot register for this service online or by phone because your identity needs to be verified. When you come into the practice, you should bring something that proves your identity, such as a bank card, utility bill, passport or driver's licence.

With this service you may:

• View existing appointments
• Book a new appointment
• Cancel an appointment
• View your medication
• Request repeat medication
• Change your contact details

SystmOnline is available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.

Security:

All personal information used by SystmOnline is secure and protected. It is only available to staff at your practice who have the appropriate security controls, i.e. those managing appointments and repeat prescribing.
