Practice Nursing Team
Our nursing team consists of
three part-time Practice Nurses and
a Healthcare Assistant/Phlebotomist.
All the nurses are highly qualified
and trained to deal with minor
illness, minor injuries, dressings,
vaccinations and also run a number
of health promotion clinics. Our
Healthcare Assistant/Phlebotomist is
available to take blood, blood
pressures and also runs our new
patient medical and elderly health
check clinics.

PRACTICE
MANAGER
The practice is managed by Mr
Marc Rolph. If you have any queries,
difficulties or if you wish to make
comments regarding the practice,

Receptionists
We have six part-time receptionists
to deal with your telephone calls,
enquiries, requests for appointments
and they will attend to you on your
arrival at the surgery.

Secretaries
We have two medical secretaries who
take care of all the Doctors'
correspondence, arrange hospital
appointments, reports and they will
answer any queries concerning these.

Dispensers
For patients living more than a one
mile radius from a retail pharmacy,
we have our own dispensary and
currently employ four part-time
dispensers. They also handle all
repeat medication requests and
enquiries. For medication enquiries
please telephone 01842 815614.
Requests for medication will not be
taken over the telephone.

ATTACHED HEALTHCARE PROFESSIONALS
We also have attached District
Nurses, Midwives and Health
Visitors, who help to look after our
patients in the community.
