HOW DO I REQUEST A REPEAT PRESCRIPTION?

The Doctor may allow you a repeat prescription of your medication without seeing you each time.

Non Dispensing Patients: If you live within a one mile of a local retail pharmacy we can not dispense your medication at the practice. To obtain a repeat of your medication please place the request slip in the letterbox situated at the side of the main entrance.

Please allow 48hrs for your request to be dealt with. We will send the prescription along to your chosen chemist ready for them to dispense.

Dispensing Patients: If you live outside of the one mile radius, we invite you to obtain your medication from the practice dispensary.

To obtain a repeat of your medication please place the request slip in the letter box situated at the side of the main entrance and allow 48 hours before coming along to collect your medication.
